The Orthopedic Residency Program at UPMC Central Pa. has graduated over 120 orthopedic surgeons since 1972, preparing them to provide compassionate care. The 5-year program accepts 5 new residents annually.

Residencies are challenging, both academically and financially. To address this, the new Benjamin Olewine Orthopedic and Spine Medical Education Endowment will fund essential education and research opportunities not covered by traditional sources.

Gifts to the Olewine Orthopedic Education Endowment will ensure residents can make the most of their UPMC training to provide exceptional patient care in the community. As Dr. William Beutler said, "The greatest joy comes from giving." Make your gift today to support orthopedic education and passionate residents.
