UPMC Pinnacle Foundation Community Grant Funding
The UPMC Pinnacle Foundation seeks the support of individuals, corporations, foundations, and government entities to achieve the strategic initiatives that guide our efforts to deliver high-quality health care to people throughout our communities.
Each year we use our financial resources to award grants to hospital programs within UPMC Central PA as well as community benefit organizations to further our ability to find creative solutions to issues outlined in our strategic plan. We are committed to addressing social determinants of health and reducing barriers to accessing health care that so many people face.
We welcome your participation in our efforts and invite you to submit a grant proposal using one of the links listed below. We ask that you complete the online request form and tell us about the problem you plan to address, your overall goals, and the outcomes you hope to achieve.
Support will be considered for proposals that meet the following criteria:
- Programs or services that address the social determinants of health to meet the needs of the most vulnerable in our community
- Health and lifelong wellness opportunities provided across the 11-county region served by UPMC in Central PA.
- Workforce opportunities for UPMC in Central PA to attract, train, educate and retain our exceptional employees.
Our staff will contact you directly to further discuss your program and request additional information if necessary. Thank you for your interest in working with us to improve the health and well-being of all who reside in the communities we serve.
Funding will be provided to internal entities of UPMC Central PA and to Community Partners (by invitation only). Please allow a minimum of eight weeks for a funding decision. For any questions or concerns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
