PodcastUPMC Pinnacle Foundation Awards over $138,000 to Scholarship Recipients
We are pleased to announce that we awarded $138,700 in scholarship funds in Summer 2021 to 34 deserving individuals.
The UPMC Pinnacle Foundation offers a variety of educational funding opportunities, which are available to current employees and local students pursuing a career in health care. Multiple awards may be given based on the number of applicants and funding available.
“The application process was so fast and accessible. We got the email, and I was extremely excited and blessed to see that I got the scholarship. It had been really tough, and it just lifted that financial burden. I am going to be working there (UPMC) when I graduate, so it felt great to feel supported by them like that.”
