UPMC PINNACLE FOUNDATION EVENT BRINGS LEADING UPMC IN CENTRAL PA. CARDIOLOGY EXPERTS TO THE TABLE

HARRISBURG, Pa. (April 4, 2022) - The UPMC Pinnacle Foundation is proud to present Leading the Way 2022: A Change of Heart, Developments and Innovative Practices in Cardiac Care, sponsored by Faulkner Subaru Mechanicsburg, on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. The event will take place at the West Shore Country Club from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and features a panel of leading cardiology experts from UPMC in Central Pa. discussing critical advancements in the medical community.

Topics of discussion will include advancements and innovations in cardiac care, COVID-19 and the heart, sports cardiology, and details on a life-saving community initiative, the 4-Minute City in Cumberland County.
The 4-Minute City, presented in partnership with the Peyton Walker Foundation, is a product of Avive Solutions Inc. that aims to increase survival rates of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) through data-driven widespread deployment of over 300 Avive Connect Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) across the county.
