UPMC Pinnacle Foundation Awarded Funding from the Memorial Health Fund of YCCF

Memorial Health Fund, a supporting organization of the York County Community Foundation, recently awarded over $477,000 in grants to twenty-one York County organizations to address compelling health issues of the residents of York and its surrounding communities. “These grants target many basic needs for struggling families and offer a range of unique services from agencies looking to provide an innovative approach to their work,” said, Michelle Hovis, Chair of the Memorial Health Fund Board.

This prestigious honor recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to improving the lives of Pennsylvanians through community service, volunteerism, diversity initiatives, advocacy efforts, and innovation. City & State celebrated the Pennsylvania Impact honorees at a special event held on December 12th at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing.
